Postage for jewellery usually varies between $5.00 and $7.00 depending on location, and rural postage is up to an additional $2.00. Please contact us to calculate individual postage prices for paintings.
Your order once completed will be securely packaged and sent within 1-3 business days. You will then receive a tracking code which you can follow along or use to contact the courier company regarding any issues or delays. Some exceptions, such as public holidays may apply.

Yes, pick up from Hamilton is available. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
What are your payment options?
Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full. Payment options include cash, and bank transfer. Credit cards can be used when payments are processed via the website. Note, there is an additional 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Please let us know prior to an invoice being generated if this is your preferred payment option.
What are your materials made of?
Macramé jewellery is made using high quality waxed polyester cord. All wire is nickel free and either made from silver plated copper with a tarnish resistant coating, pure copper, or 925 sterling silver.
Where do you source your materials?
Most of my materials are sourced from local suppliers, which include crystals, macramé cord, wire and jewellery findings. A small amount may be imported and only when products from my usual suppliers are unavailable. Some materials such as native wood and Jade/Greenstone are only sourced from within New Zealand.
